MARKETING AND ADVERTISING
In addition to each property's individual sales & marketing efforts, we maintain a corporate marketing department that coordinates regional and national marketing opportunities that benefit each hotel individually and collectively. Our in-house advertising agency produces and places the properties advertising and printed collateral, ensuring continuity among the different media and increasing purchasing power for media buys. They are also responsible for our web design and public communications.

AKCO Solutions All Design is an interior design and fit out solutions provider based in Saudi Arabia. We have focused on and specialized in the office segment in Saudi Arabia. We envisage that our business will continue to grow by solidifying our office segment and pursuing and further expanding in the commercial and residential segments. We help to define our customers’ needs by proposing total solutions of space planning, designs, fit out as well as project management and to provide customers with solutions that are aesthetically appealing. We also emphasize on functionality and practicality as an essential element in our design stage. We practice and value nurturing relationship between our customers and our team, embracing a harmonious team work approach and placing priority and emphasis on proficient communication resulting in effective design and fit out solutions and creating mutually beneficial opportunities. We also provide quality maintenance and aftersales services and maintain strong and sustainable relationship with our customers. We ensure actualization of our services by working closely with our customers from conceptualization to execution, all the way down to the completion of each project and thereafter.
